Sora Xpress Terms & Conditions for SMS Services (OTP)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Sora Xpress, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Description
Sora Xpress provides SMS-based One-Time Password (OTP) authentication messages to verify user identity during account registration, sign-in, and password reset processes on our mobile application.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You will typically receive 1-3 messages per authentication session when you actively request account verification. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this service.
4. Opt-In and Consent
- You must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages by checking the opt-in box during account setup
- Consent is required each time you provide or update your mobile phone number
- You may only receive messages after providing explicit consent
5. Opt-Out Instructions
- You can cancel SMS services at any time by texting "STOP" to our phone number
- When you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed
- After opting out, you will not receive additional SMS messages from us
- Note: Opting out may prevent you from accessing your account
- To opt back in, you must re-register through our application
6. Help Information
- For assistance, text "HELP" to our phone number or email support@soraxpress.com
- When you send "HELP," we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe
7. Supported Carriers
We can deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:
Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.
Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, and other regional carriers.
8. Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network availability and carrier policies beyond our control.
9. Costs and Charges
Message and data rates may apply for any messages we send to you or that you send to us. Contact your wireless provider for information about your text and data plan costs.

- Inability to access your account if you opt out of SMS verification

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our SMS services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
